I recently dealt with the same issue and was satisfied with prerender spa plugin (https://github.com/chrisvfritz/prerender-spa-plugin https://github.com/chrisvfritz/prerender-spa-plugin). It enabled me to quickly implement the landing page with Vue and then build it as a static page that I deployed on Netlify. I found it easier and faster to set up than an SSR solution.
