- _ph_ 7y agoThis is out of date. Battery powered lights are now also allowed in Germany. But most bikes have hub generators instead of dynamos these days. The most fameous one is the Son (https://nabendynamo.de/en/products/hub-dynamos/ https://nabendynamo.de/en/products/hub-dynamos/)
