Thats not Java. These are the wet dreams of some CS graduates who fell in love with Spring and Hibernate and take rough OOP guidelines to extremes. Nobody - NOBODY! - used to write such Java code in the 2000s, at least the early ones. This insanity slowly started around 2005 and then really took off late 2000s and then particularly 2010s. Again, thats not Java.
