In the last few years my opinion of Google has gotten worse and worse. I dread to think of what it will look like in 5 or 10 years time.
- brink 7y agoThere's hope. Microsoft somewhat turned it around after a change in directors.
- tyingq 7y agoThe recent changes in Alphabet leadership seem to push it further into AMP like ideas.

- tinus_hn 7y agoBecause their traditional extend, embrace, extinguish strategy no longer worked. Windows Phone and Internet Explorer failed and they were losing so much mindshare switching from one failed api to the next. The monopoly was becoming pretty fragile.
