You want to cut road mortalities? Get all the cops off the interstate and issuing tickets to texters and ppl speeding inside the cities.
- ollie87 7y agoAs someone from the UK who's driven a lot in the US, to cut road deaths you guys should just make your driving test more standardised across states and also much more difficult to pass.
