L'Arche They operate homes for adults with intellectual disabilities where they create community by living together with the people who assist them, and where they are encouraged to grow into adults who contribute to the society around them in meaningful ways regardless of their limitations. I grew up in a city that is home to one of their communities and saw firsthand the good work they do.
