If you read my post... I'm not talking about my subjective thoughts at all. I'm comparing ML to the broader spectrum of engineering and science. I'm illustrating a difference in dichotomy between "training" and "programming". While you are trying to set some kind of bar for "design." Also please don't use "Hehe" here it's against the rules.
