Twitch chat is IRC, so you can just join with a dedicated or web client irc.twitch.tv and chat away (OAuth token is required). Most of the offline chatters that I know use a client.
Apart from that I'm on several channels on Rizon and synIRC.
- Crosseye_Jack 7y agoif you want read only access you can use the nick justinfan{randomnumber} and then join what ever channels you like. But its read only so you can't on even pull a list of a channels moderators without signing in with an auth.
