People really talk about careers after three years in a field?
- blisterpeanuts 7y agoIf I recall correctly, he said 3 years on site, then 3 years remote, so six years total. But I do admit I was taken aback that he would call himself a "senior dev" after only six years out of school. Admittedly, however, after six years at one company, he's probably considered a senior contributor.
- bnchrch 7y agoI think it's worth mentioning that not all years and all people are equal.
