We block vpns/open proxies. 99% of the time a user is complaining, their main argument is so they can have "a secure Internet connection" to our site.
- pteraspidomorph 7y agoI don't know what your business is, but I run my own VPN (closed). I will complain if you block it for no apparent reason, because you are forcing me to interrupt a dozen connections and ongoing workflows if I want to use your service (usually I just won't).
