I'm thankful for being raised by a great mother, father, and grandmother; and for finding a wonderful and supportive wife. I'm thankful for living in the United States, where many of my inherent rights are as of now still not infringed. I'm thankful for having the luck and predilection for being in the software industry, which has been good to me overall. I'm thankful for Clojure, and the JVM, and all the other software I use to build my career on that has been given to me for free. I'm thankful for the health I have despite mistakes made. I'm thankful I still have life ahead of me.
