Do you have a source for your claim that much/most of subway construction cost is lawsuits? I haven’t seen that one before.
- capableweb 7y agoI'm pretty sure it's not true as most subway systems outside of the US (where we are not as lawsuit-happy) still cost billions of dollars and takes many years to construct.
