That could be an electrical grounding problem. In my experience touchpads are very sensitive to the quality of the power supply.

- protomyth 7y agoYeah, we have crap power where I work and have cut down a lot of weird, random issues by buying a decent UPS for each worker machine. Even the people with laptops.
