I like the catchiness of the phrase....but....A lot of this has to do with regulation, and how there is very little pricing transparency in health care. Same service at the same place costs 50 different prices for 50 different people. You need transparent pricing to enable competition. Right now that’s hardly the case, and eye care is hardly a big issue compared to most other medical procedures.
