I worked about 9 years at Facebook and Google. It’s a little hard to answer this because people do all sorts of things after leaving, and your future life is defined far more by why you do, than it is defined by the job you left. If you generally enjoy your job but just not the employer, go work for someone else. There are plenty of non-FANG companies that will give you a similar pay package. If you don’t enjoy the job so much, you can certainly do something else, but your future depends on what that something else is.
