I currently pay for Trifecta, it's ridiculously expensive. The meals are good though, and meet my nutritional needs and keeps my calorie consumption in check.

I currently pay for Trifecta, it's ridiculously expensive. The meals are good though, and meet my nutritional needs and keeps my calorie consumption in check. I just want an app that can give me keto recipes, plan my meals for the week, and tell me what to shop and cook for the week. Seriously, that's all I want. Does this exist?
