    Nice idea. I've been sharing my salary history via email for some time now to help equalize it - this just takes it public. BTW, I would probably suggest qualifying the income by location to set the context. SV pay isn't always, e.g., Boise, ID pay.

  The world has come a long way in the last 12 years and it seems (to me at least) that salary date is trending towards openness.
