Afaik Open web Analytics(https://github.com/padams/Open-Web-Analytics/ https://github.com/padams/Open-Web-Analytics/) can use embedded code in PHP pages for analyzing. GUI is nice, currently trying it out but not with php code but with embeded js like other tools use.
