I've pitched that idea for my part-remote company, because remote workers really left behind. I wonder, why just once a month?
- mr_tristan 7y agoHonestly, I couldn't see it really working much more frequently with some functions and people spread out over timezones. It was common to not be able to meet up at for a week or two with some roles - sales would be traveling, too many issues, meetings. etc
