The author is an alarmist and the only valid point he had in the entire article was default password instead of assigning unique one, which is easily to re-configure. Also the last one I suspect might damage your PW ugly enough if you're in US, but I am in EU where I already have 240V, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
