(1) and (10) seem at odds, or alternatively are tautological; I think the important thing is to acknowledge that social and isolated modes are both required to develop software, and that getting the balance right is hard, and isn't the same for everyone. Seems to take people a long time to figure out (4) and (6). (2) and (3) and (7) really apply to most things.
