If I lived in a well-centralized city with functional mass transit, I'd take the bus from those options. Here in the sprawl of Tampa, though, there is no combination of busses which will get me to work before 8AM, and for many routes Google Maps shows that taking a bicycle is actually faster than taking the bus.
