I'll agree with you there. They are incredibly opaque about what, where, how much, etc. I came away thinking ... hmmm I'm interested in remote work. I'm really interested in convincing my current employer to use a program like this. BUT, I'm not going to take the trouble to email people because I'm an engineer, and I'd prefer to just send a link to HR. But this link has no information. So meh.
