- kerng 7y agoYeah, I'm wondering if this is all scrapped public data or a breach of some kind. Are land line phone numbers published in a directory (like a phone book) in USA?
- kevin_thibedeau 7y agoGuarantee the fine print in the AT&T contract authorized them to share information with a third party.
- benglish11 7y agoBack in the day (maybe it is still this way) your landline was default "listed" and you had to pay a monthly fee to be an unlisted number. So AT&T most likely listed his number in some kind of phone book / directory.
