3. Just don't put your eggs in the fridge?
Who does this?
- Sohcahtoa82 7y agoEggs in the USA and Canada are washed before being packaged and sold in grocery stores. This washing eliminates a natural protective coating, which allows bacteria to permeate the shell. This means the eggs now require refrigeration.
- swarnie_ 7y agoOh, thanks for the education i had no idea. Eggs to me have always lived next to the flour and sugar in a larder. - The more you know =)
