That's debatable. In fact, it's probably more accurate to say "It's legally more perilous for them to explain why they closed your account." Which is a distinction when it comes to possible ways to fix the problem. I'm absolutely in favor of a "right to examine" law around algorithmic decisions that impact an individual.
