I used to like (and click) ads from The Deck[1]. They were simple and usually for interesting things related to the sites that hosted them. I also don't mind the ones on readthedocs-hosted content[2]. It's probably worth noting that neither of those are/were blocked by privacy badger, which I use on my desktop instead of an ad blocker.
