This isn't segregation, since this is by choice of what communities people there want to live in. Unless you want to argue semantics and say something like "well technically they are segregated even if it's by choice so therefore it's racist." Evidence of this communal separation and anecdotes of individuals with prejudice does not amount to systematized racism in Israel.
