That's something I'm finding almost as hard as mealprepping. There are very few places in my area that offer healthy options, especially for lunch. Junk food is everywhere, in all price ranges, but my healthy options are limited to bland salads or cooking my own.
- mips_avatar 7y agoDepends a lot on where you lived. Eating healthy is easier in big cities, how tasty it is, being a function of price.
