- Nick_C 16y agoPerhaps you could use this for yourself positively, as an example of why agreements in writing are necessary. One co-founder should not be able to decide to take a site down (not technically, but legally). Documentation is a pain, but it is like backups. You hope to never need it, but it is absolutely necessary if you do.
