I mean... Google has metrics, presumably. They can measure these things. They know what proportion of their traffic has adequate bandwidth and latency for their services.
- dchichkov 7y agoWell, knowing Google, there might have been no requirements in the design doc, measurements are politically risky to bring up at a late stage of the project and perfecting code quality, rewriting, renaming and rebasing is a much safer occupation.
