To those who have tinnitus: When you put a finger in your ear and create a bit more or a bit less pressure - does that change the frequency of your tinnitus?

To those who have tinnitus: When you put a finger in your ear and create a bit more or a bit less pressure - does that change the frequency of your tinnitus? Because for me it totally does. And I wonder if every tinnitus is like that. Also: Is your tinnitus mainly on one side or equally on both sides? For me it is mainly on the right side.
