So I have very mild tinnitus (a bit of ringing when in bed at night, or if I really really try to listen for it). I've noticed another auditory effect though, since I bought a glockenspiel for my child. After hearing a loud, high note on the glock, immediately after there is a momentary deep, squelchy rumble in my ears. Is this a tinnitus artifact or something else? My google skills have failed me on this one.
