  It was a case of an over zealous employee following rules. That individual was lucky that she is white & French. She has also friends in Montreal CBC media. Hence the outcry."How dare you reject one of us" There are many unlike her, who is not white & French whose applications got rejected in Québec immigration department's cherry picking. We will never hear their story. The CAQ is pandering to its 37% of voters. Makes one wonder whether rest of Canada is ok with this openly racist policies of a provincial govt.
