Yes. We set it up to bring in her husband, and then he was murdered by a racist moron that thought he was middle eastern (as though that justified anything). Out of basic human decency and compassion they should continue to process her husband's original application.

I don't think the immigration system is setup for basic human decency and compassion.

  We do grant asylum. This should be considered as such.

    But where do you draw the line? The wait-list for immigration is full of stories like hers. Every immigrant has a story like this.
