For anyone on Windows stuck doing this, I've had decent luck with the Snappy Driver Installer. (https://sdi-tool.org/ https://sdi-tool.org/) The project is open source, can store a complete collection of all drivers offline, and can detect and update drivers. Please do note that you should always take a system restore point, as I have had a few issues with graphics drivers installed with the tool in the past.
