I've had some of the best ideas while in a sauna. Sure, I can't write stuff down, but a) I don't have my phone, no distractions, b) it's a prolonged period, so I have time to think it through, c) there's no physical exercise to distract me from all this. The one downside is the fact that I can't write stuff down, so I oftentimes forget these revolutionary thoughts ;-)
