If this was normalized, nobody would be panicking about the social ramifications. Put him into a normal middle and high school. Let his brain atrophy. Such is the price we pay. I'm still a teenager, but I'm in the workforce, but I try to maintain some level of "kid-ness". I still do stupid stuff with my friends, and make out in parking lots. Both are possible, and if this guy is determined, he can skip a lot of the boring parts of life and get to the good stuff.
