- have_faith 7y agoThe alternative is learning what value you add to a company, what others are earning while providing similar value and learning how to communicate that value proposition effectively. These skills are much harder to learn than getting a qualification because they are subtle and not taught at school. Schools teach you how to get qualifications. Knowing the right people is the same as having a qualification, it's a stat boost.
