- orliesaurus 7y agoYou must be living/lived in a very energy conscious city - do you mind if I ask where do you live/lived that didn't have office lights running at night?
- icebraining 7y agoLisbon. There may be exceptions, but I can't think of any office building with more than just a few windows lit late at night. It's probably more due to cost-savings than environmental concerns, though. The offices I worked on in Brussels and Luxembourg also went dark, but I'm not sure if that was common throughout the city.
