Would rather the comments are less about the jobs (happy to answer, but probably best for email) and more about best ways to attract great talent. We're working on a lot of "inbound strategies". I'm big on writing as you know, so using this is one way that might work well. Hiring is a bitch. How are other startups dealing with it?
