Having been there, in hindsight I'd say companies really don't care. Pick one to do the flight (both ways). Perhaps the "richer" one, or the one you'd most like to work for. If necessary, adjust the dates so that you can do the other interviews while there, and tell them you're looking around the city. Maybe hit the other company up for their night's hotel room. Being nice to companies you're interviewing with is a waste. I can assure you that they won't hesitate to be cut-throat with you.
