Then what's the point? Just get a normal bank or credit union account and be done with it. Why leave your financial future in the hands of a company with zero customer support or care?
- adrianmonk 7y agoPresumably they'll add some kind of innovative feature so it isn't just a traditional checking account. If you don't think those features will be worth it because you don't think Google is good at customer service, then I guess that's for you to decide for yourself. I don't really see how it's relevant to my comment, though.
