That's easy to say. The reality is for most of us, when we're tagged on some issue, our reaction is to at least check it out and assess the priority, etc.

- peruvian 7y agoThen turn notifications off. Depends on your workplace culture, but I receive no work-related notifications or emails after work hours and it's fine.
- paulie_a 7y agoIt's really easy to do too. notifications should be turned off outside of work hours. If it is a major emergency I expect a call. Stuff like this isn't ruining work life balance. They employee is by engaging and allowing the behavior outside of work
