Why has the title been changed from "Venice Battles Flooding Amid Highest Tide in 50 Years" to "Venice Floods Because of Highest Tide in 50 Years"? It hasn't flooded because of the record tide. I thought for a moment this meant that the barrage had been completed but was today overwhelmed.
