Agreed, as long as I am forced to use the TouchBar, it personally for me is not "the world’s best pro notebook".

- theklr 7y agoCould there be more pros than you?
- insta_anon 7y agoSure, but besides a very low number of comments on HN I've never seen anyone who really appreciated the TouchBar (and the increased price it causes). Say Apple would offer a model with and without TouchBar and the TouchBar model would cost $400 more, how many people would be willing to pay that? I bet it would be less than 5%, maybe even less than 1%.
- briandear 7y agoWhat is your job? Just curious how pro you really are.
- Izmaki 7y agoFor shuffling VMs it's really helpful.
- dylan604 7y agoForget being forced to use it, I'd like to not be forced to pay for it. How much does the price of the MBP go up because of all of the parts required for the touch bar?
