World's first hack-free software 'developed'
It's a curious use of quotes. I would have expected 'hack-free' to be in quotes.
Putting quotes around 'developed' seems to bring-into-question the whole statement.
- Qz 16y agoI'm pretty sure they're using quotes there as actual quotes -- as in, the 'developed' part is a literal quote of something someone said or printed. BBC News does this all the time.
