There's a bunch of contradictions in this post, and honestly it seems like a troll/joke post. You're conflating lies/truth, empathy/hate, peers/team, productivity, etc all together, it's bananas. But the basic gist is that it sounds like you're not suitable for larger companies at all. You should limit yourself to companies smaller than 50 people.
