Losing access to ALL Google services happens because of abuse signals. I don't know of any other instances where global bans happen.
- zyx321 7y agoAbuse signals, as determined by a machine learning system that is a complete mystery to even its creators. But that's beside the point. Losing the ability to receive email is not something that should ever happen under any circumstances.
