The two are tightly coupled. An intentionally vague CoC permits gaps throughout the governance system.
- specialist 7y agoIf CoC's were specific, they'd be called laws, rules, procedures. CoC's like the Preamble to the Declaration of Independence exist to capture values, principles, culture, intent.
